the Proposed Rule Change
The Exchange is filing with the
Commission a proposed rule change to
amend the LTSE Fee Schedule (‘‘Fee
Schedule’’) to adopt certain market data
fees effective November 1, 2024.3 The
Exchange notes that it submitted a
separate filing with the Commission
pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the
Act to establish the Fee Schedule and
adopt transaction fees upon
commencement of its transition to a
new trading platform on September 23,
2024.4
