XTO Energy, Inc., Civil Action No. 24 Civ. 4269. In this action, the United States seeks injunctive relief pursuant to the Clean Air Act against XTO Energy, Inc. for alleged violations of section 112(r)(1), 42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(1), related to a 2018 blowout at a fracked gas well in southeastern Ohio.
