7, 2024, New York Stock Exchange LLC

Rule 7.37 to specify the Exchange’s
source of data feeds from Long-Term
Stock Exchange, Inc. (‘‘LTSE’’) for
purposes of order handling, order
execution, order routing, and regulatory
compliance. The proposed rule change
is available on the Exchange’s website at

the Exchange, and at the Commission’s
