SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background.—On October 4, 2024, the Commission determined that the domestic interested party group response to its notice of institution (89 FR 54536, July 1, 2024) of the subject five-year reviews was adequate and that the respondent interested party group response was inadequate. These two requests have come from the University of Utah and a non-profit organization named ‘‘As You Sow,’’ respectively. OFCCP has reason to believe that the information requested may be protected from disclosure under FOIA Exemption 4, which protects disclosure of confidential commercial information, but has not yet determined whether the requested information is protected from disclosure under that exemption.
