State of Utah v. Ovintiv USA Inc., Civil
Action No. 2:24–cv–00723–CMR.
The United States and the State of
Utah have filed a complaint

emissions of volatile organic

storage vessels and their associated
vapor control systems that are or were
part of Ovintiv’s oil and natural gas

The Consent Decree will require Ovintiv
