The go-live date for this transition is September 23, 2024 and thus, proposed fees and changes will be effective as of the date of such transition.3 The Exchange first notes that it operates in a highly competitive market in which market participants can readily direct order flow to competing venues if they deem fee levels at a particular venue to be excessive or incentives to be insufficient. More specifically, the Exchange will be only one of numerous equities venues to which market participants may direct their order flow. Based on publicly available information, no single registered equities exchange currently has more than approximately 16% of 3 Id. Sfmt 4703 81587 E:\FR\FM\08OCN1.SGM 08OCN1
