Abstract: The nonimmigrant alien
information will be used to determine if
a nonimmigrant alien is eligible to
obtain a federal firearms license and
purchase, obtain, possess, or import a
firearm. Nonimmigrant aliens also must
maintain the documents while in
possession of firearms or ammunition in
the United States for verification
purposes.

Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM)
program provides reliable estimates of
the accuracy of benefit payments and
denied claims in the UI program and
identifies the sources of mis payments
and improper denials so that their
causes can be eliminated. For additional

Comments are invited on: (1) whether
the collection of information is
necessary for the proper performance of
the functions of the Department,
including whether the information will
have practical utility; (2) the accuracy of
the agency’s estimates of the burden and
