Consequently, Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of subject merchandise produced and/or exported by Trans-Pacific and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the publication date of this notice in the Federal Register at 7.80 percent, which is the current AD cash deposit rate for TransPacific.3 This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Administrative Protective Order This notice serves as the final reminder to parties subject to an administrative protective order (APO) of their responsibility concerning the disposition of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3). Final Results of CCR

For the reasons stated in the Preliminary Results, and because we
received no comments from interested parties challenging our
preliminary finding, Commerce continues to find that TRAPA is the
successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific. As a result of this
determination and consistent with our established practice, we find
that TRAPA should receive the AD cash deposit rate previously assigned
to Trans-Pacific. Because there are no changes from the Preliminary
Results, there is no decision memorandum accompanying this notice and
we are adopting the Preliminary Results as the final results of this
CCR.
Consequently, Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border
Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of subject
merchandise produced and/or exported by Trans-Pacific and entered, or
withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the publication
date of this notice in the Federal Register at 7.80 percent, which is
the current AD cash deposit rate for Trans-Pacific.\3\ This cash
deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice.

Administrative Protective Order

This notice serves as the final reminder to parties subject to an
administrative protective order (APO) of their responsibility
concerning the disposition of proprietary information disclosed under
APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3). Timely written
notification of return or destruction of APO materials or conversion to
judicial protective order is hereby requested. Failure to comply with
the regulations and terms of an APO is a sanctionable violation.

Notification to Interested Parties
