SUMMARY:
However, the Agency’s trust can be lost in the event
of a relapse, so the Agency encourages Respondent
to stick to his plan to continue taking random drug

The
information collection requirements
specified in the Electrical Standards for

necessary for the prevention of
inadvertent electrocution of workers.
These provisions require labels,
markings, written programs,
notifications, and tags to alert workers

of electrical hazards found in the
workplace, thereby, preventing serious
injuries and deaths from electrocutions.
