(Jiangsu JISE); (2) Jiangsu Nova Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd (Jiangsu Nova); (3) Jiangsu Starshine Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. SUMMARY: In accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the 
Act), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is automatically 
initiating the five-year reviews (Sunset Reviews) of the antidumping 
duty and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) order(s) and suspended
