Requests for Repatriation
Written requests for repatriation of the
human remains in this notice must be
sent to the authorized representative
identified in this notice under
ADDRESSES. Requests for repatriation
may be submitted by:
1. Any one or more of the Indian
Tribes identified in this notice.
2. Any lineal descendant, Indian
Tribe, or Native Hawaiian organization
not identified in this notice who shows,
by a preponderance of the evidence, that
the requestor is a lineal descendant or
a culturally affiliated Indian Tribe or
Native Hawaiian organization.
Repatriation of the human remains in
this notice to a requestor may occur on
or after June 20, 2024. If competing
requests for repatriation are received,
the ASM and Arizona Capitol Museum
must determine the most appropriate
requestor prior to repatriation. Requests
for joint repatriation of the human
remains are considered a single request
and not competing requests. The ASM
and Arizona Capitol Museum are
responsible for sending a copy of this
notice to the Indian Tribes identified in
this notice.

established a schedule for the conduct
of the full five-year reviews (88 FR
81100, November 21, 2023). On May 8,
2024, counsel for Archer-DanielsMidland Company (‘‘ADM’’), Cargill,
Incorporated (‘‘Cargill’’), and Primary
Products Ingredients Americas LLC
(‘‘Primient’’) (collectively, the
‘‘domestic interested parties’’) filed a
request to appear at the hearing. No
other party submitted a request to
appear at the hearing. On May 9, 2024,
counsel for the domestic interested
parties filed a request that the
Commission cancel the scheduled
hearing for these reviews given the lack
of respondent interested party
participation. Counsel indicated a
willingness to submit written responses
to any Commission questions.
Consequently, the public hearing in
connection with these reviews,
scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on
Thursday, May 16, 2024, is cancelled.
Parties to these reviews should respond
to any written questions posed by the
Commission in their posthearing briefs,
which are due to be filed on May 28,
2024.

notice is hereby given that the Executive
Office for United States Attorneys

Justice Programs (hereinafter, OJP),
components within the United States
Department of Justice (DOJ or
Department), propose to develop a new
system of records notice titled Child
Pornography Victims Reserve Records,
JUSTICE/USA–020. EOUSA and OJP
propose to establish this system of
records to administer the Child
Pornography Victims Reserve, as
required under The Amy, Vicky, and
Andy Child Pornography Victim
Assistance Act of 2018.
