Their physician states that they are supportive of Tyler Tilson receiving an exemption. Daniel Troya Daniel Troya is a 42-year-old class C license holder in North Carolina. They have a history of seizure disorder and have been seizure free since 2008. They take anti-seizure medication with the dosage and frequency remaining the same for over 10 years. (MARAD) announces a meeting of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) 
Advisory Council (Council). During the meeting, the USMMA leadership
