Leaf River requests authorization to use its underutilized leaching facilities for the development and maintenance of Hy Stor Energy LP’s non-jurisdictional hydrogen storage caverns (Hydrogen Storage Project) in addition to their current use for the development and maintenance of Leaf River’s Storage Facility.
