SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive Management Program (GCDAMP) was implemented as a result of the Record of Decision on the Operation of Glen Canyon Dam Final Environmental Impact Statement to comply with consultation requirements of the Grand Canyon Protection Act (Pub. L. 102–575) of 1992. The AMWG makes recommendations to the Secretary of the Interior concerning Glen Canyon Dam operations and other management actions to protect resources downstream of Glen Canyon Dam, consistent with the Grand Canyon Protection Act. The AMWG meets two to three times a year. Agenda: The AMWG will meet to receive updates on: (1) current basin hydrology and water year 2024 operations; (2) experiments considered for implementation in 2024; (3) the status of threatened and endangered species; (4) long-term funding considerations. The AMWG will also discuss other administrative and resource issues pertaining to the GCDAMP. The complaint names as respondents: Changsha Silun Network Technology Co., Ltd. of China; Hunan Maiqiang Network Technology Company Limited of China; Hunan Zikun Information Technology Co., Ltd. of China; and Guangzhou Qiton Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. of China. The complainant requests that the Commission issue a general exclusion order, and cease and desist orders. Proposed respondents, other interested parties, and members of the public are invited to file comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or § 210.8(b) filing. section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the 
importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the

equipment supporting NETCONF. The complaint names as respondents:
