The AMWG makes recommendations to the Secretary of the Interior concerning Glen Canyon Dam operations and other management actions to protect resources downstream of Glen Canyon Dam, consistent with the Grand Canyon Protection Act. The AMWG meets two to three times a year. Agenda: The AMWG will meet to receive updates on: (1) current basin hydrology and water year 2024 operations; (2) experiments considered for implementation in 2024; (3) the status of threatened and endangered species; (4) long-term funding considerations. The complaint names as respondents: Changsha Silun Network Technology Co., Ltd. of China; Hunan Maiqiang Network Technology Company Limited of China; Hunan Zikun Information Technology Co., Ltd. of China; and Guangzhou Qiton Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. of China. The complainant requests that the Commission issue a general exclusion order, and cease and desist orders. Proposed respondents, other interested parties, and members of the public are invited to file comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or § 210.8(b) filing.
