collection activities with schools and
districts, including instruments for the
first quarter of monthly collections, will
be submitted 60-day and 30-day public
comment. Subsequent quarterly content
submissions will be submitted for 30day public comment. Because the
School Pulse Panel Survey is designed
to collect data on timely questions,
materials for SPP are cleared under two
OMB Number sequences. Materials for
SPP 2022 were cleared under OMB#
1850–0969, while 23–24 SPP were
cleared primarily under OMB# 1850–
0975. For 24–25 we return to OMB#
1850–0969.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Department, in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA)

general public and Federal agencies
with an opportunity to comment on
proposed, revised, and continuing
collections of information. This helps
the Department assess the impact of its
information collection requirements and
minimize the public’s reporting burden.
It also helps the public understand the
Department’s information collection
requirements and provide the requested
data in the desired format. The
Department is soliciting comments on
the proposed information collection
request (ICR) that is described below.
The Department is especially interested
in public comment addressing the
following issues: (1) is this collection
necessary to the proper functions of the
Department; (2) will this information be
processed and used in a timely manner;
(3) is the estimate of burden accurate;
(4) how might the Department enhance
the quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and (5) how
might the Department minimize the
burden of this collection on the
respondents, including through the use
of information technology. Please note

Abstract: The Higher Education
Opportunity Act, Public Law 110–315,
established the allocation of Federal
Work Study funds to recognize,

comprehensive work-learning service
programs as part of a financial plan
which decreases reliance on grants and
loans. The Work Colleges Program is
one of the three Federal Work-Study
Programs. The other two Federal WorkStudy Programs are the Federal WorkStudy (FWS) Program and the Job
Location and Development (JLD)
Program. This is request for an
extension without change of the current
information collection. The participants
are required to apply initially and once
approved and participating, must
reapply annually. The data collected is
used by the Department to certify the
Work Colleges agreement and collect the
request for funding amount and the
anticipated number of students for the
year. The data is used in conjunction
with institutional program reviews to
assess the administrative capability and
compliance of the applicant. There are
no other resources for collecting this
data.
