The IAF has made an effort to standardize the basic level of information required for this review in order to reduce the burden on both applicants and IAF staff reviewing the applications. This information is necessary as it allows IAF to ensure that the grantee is using project funds responsibly and making the necessary strides toward achieving the results laid out in the grant agreement. Folding Gift Boxes From China; Determination

    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject five-year 
review, the United States International Trade Commission 
(``Commission'') determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the 
Act''), that revocation of the antidumping duty order on folding gift 
boxes from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence 
of material injury to an industry in the United States within a 
reasonably foreseeable time.
