On August 2, 2023, Commerce received a complete substantive response to the Initiation Notice with respect to the Order from Elkay within the 30-day period specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(3)(i).4 Commerce did not receive a substantive response from any other interested parties with respect to the Order covered by this sunset review, nor was a hearing requested. On August 22, 2023, Commerce notified the U.S. International Trade Commission that it did not receive an adequate substantive response from respondent interested parties in this sunset review.5 Pursuant to section 751(c)(3)(B) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.218(e)(1)(ii)(C)(2), Commerce conducted an expedited (120-day) sunset review of this Order. Scope of the Order The products covered by the Order are sinks from China. Imports of subject merchandise are currently classified under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings 7324.10.0000 and 7324.10.0010. Although the HTSUS subheadings are provided for convenience and customs purposes, the written description of the scope of the Order is dispositive. Administrative Protective Order This notice serves as the only reminder to parties subject to an administrative protective order (APO) of their responsibility concerning the return/destruction or conversion to judicial protective order of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305. Timely notification of the return or destruction of APO materials or conversion to judicial protective order is hereby requested. Failure to comply with the regulations and terms of an APO is a sanctionable violation. dumping margin likely to prevail would be up to 76.45 percent.

concerning the return/destruction or conversion to judicial protective 
order of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 
19 CFR 351.305. Timely notification of the return or destruction of APO
