Repatriation of the cultural item in this notice to a requestor may occur on or after October 19, 2023. If competing requests for repatriation are received, the USFWS must determine the most appropriate requestor prior to repatriation. Requests for joint repatriation of the cultural item are considered a single request and not competing requests. The USFWS is responsible for sending a copy of this notice to the Indian Tribe identified in this notice. SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with a 
full review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether 
revocation of the antidumping duty order on tin- and chromium-coated 
steel sheet from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or 
recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. A 
schedule for the review will be established and announced at a later 
date.
