WHD is notifying the public that the information collection has been revised and extended effective immediately through September 30, 2026. DATES: The OMB approval of the revision of this information collection is effective immediately with an expiration date of September 30, 2026. The final rule titled, ‘‘Updating the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Regulations,’’ published in the Federal Register on August 23, 2023 (88 FR 57526).
