The statute, as amended, requires the Secretary, to formally consult at least twice annually with the NAETC on the operation and administration of the WIOA Section 166 Indian and Native American Employment and Training programs. In addition, the NAETC advises the Secretary on matters that promote the employment and training needs of Indians and Native Americans, as well as to enhance the quality of life in accordance with the Indian SelfDetermination and Education Assistance Act. The NAETC also provides guidance to the Secretary on how to make DOL discretionary funding and other special initiatives more accessible to federally recognized tribes, Alaska Native entities, and Native Hawaiian organizations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of this Standard and its information collection requirements is to provide protection for workers from adverse health effects associated with occupational exposure to Methylenedianiline in General Industry. Employers must monitor worker exposures within the permissible exposure limits, provide workers with medical examinations and training, and establish and maintain worker exposure-monitoring and medical records. For additional substantive information about this ICR, see the related notice published in the Federal Register on April 5, 2023 (88 FR 20190). This information collection is subject to the PRA. A Federal agency generally cannot conduct or sponsor a collection of information, and the public is generally not required to respond to an information collection, unless the OMB approves it and displays a currently valid OMB Control Number.
