The Department of Labor
(DOL) is submitting this Employment
and Training Administration (ETA)sponsored information collection
request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA). Public comments on the ICR are
invited.

receives on or before June 30, 2023.

Employers, which is being promulgated
by DOL and the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS). The
regulatory requirements have been
codified at 8 CFR part 214 and 20 CFR
part 655. The ICR includes the
Attestation for Employers Seeking to
Employ H–2B Nonimmigrant Workers
under Section 204 of Division O of the
Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022,
Public Law 117–103, and Continuing
Appropriations and Ukraine
Supplemental Appropriations Act,
2023, Public Law 117–180, Form ETA–
9142–B–CAA–7, and other information
collection requirements (e.g.,
recruitment efforts, recordkeeping
requirements). For additional
substantive information about this ICR,

This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
