Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Assessment for a Wind Energy Research Lease on the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf Offshore Maine
In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) intends to prepare an environmental assessment (EA) to consider the reasonably foreseeable environmental consequences associated with the issuance of a research lease to the State of Maine. That lease would grant Maine the exclusive right to submit, for BOEM's potential approval, plans for wind energy-related research activities offshore Maine. BOEM is seeking public input regarding important environmental issues and the identification of reasonable alternatives that should be considered in the EA.

The cultural items were removed from unknown locations.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Illinois State Museum has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from multiple locations in Arkansas, including Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, and Lonoke Counties, and an unknown Arkansas locale.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Department of the Interior (Interior, Department) is issuing a public notice of its intent to rescind the Privacy Act system of records notice (SORN) for INTERIOR/DOI-88, Travel Management: FBMS, because agency travel program records are covered by two government- wide SORNs published by the General Services Administration (GSA). The Department of Labor (DOL), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95). This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents is properly assessed. Currently, the Department of Labor is soliciting comments concerning the collection of data about the Enhancing Registered Apprenticeship Initiatives.
