The application was processed in accordance with the FTZ Act and Regulations, including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (88 FR 2323, January 13, 2023). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board Executive Secretary (15 CFR Sec. 400.36(f)), the application to expand Subzone 18F was approved on February 28, 2023, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations, including Section 400.13, and further subject to FTZ 18’s 2,000-acre activation limit. The regulations implementing Title III are found at 15 CFR part 325. OTEA is issuing this notice pursuant to 15 CFR 325.6(b), which requires the Secretary of Commerce to publish a summary of the certification in the Federal Register. ACTION: Notice of issuance of an amended Export Trade Certificate of 
Review to Alaska Longline Cod Commission (``ALCC''), Application No. 
10-6A001.

SUMMARY: The Secretary of Commerce, through the Office of Trade and 
Economic Analysis (``OTEA''), issued an amended Export Trade 
Certificate of Review (``Certificate'') to ALCC on February 16, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title III of the Export Trading Company Act 
of 1982 (15 U.S.C. 4011-21) (``the Act'') authorizes the Secretary of
