(3) Posthearing briefs refers to
submissions filed after the hearing by

Confidential business information:
Any submissions that contain CBI must
also conform to the requirements of
section 201.6 of the Commission’s Rules
of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR
201.6). Section 201.6 of the rules
requires that the cover of the document
and the individual pages be clearly
marked as to whether they are the
‘‘confidential’’ or ‘‘nonconfidential’’
version, and that the CBI is clearly
identified by means of brackets. All
written submissions, except for CBI,
will be made available for inspection by
interested parties.
As requested by the USTR, the
Commission will not include any CBI in
its report. However, all information,

Summaries of written submissions:
Persons wishing to have a summary of
their position included in the report

report’’ at the top of the page. The
summary may not exceed 500 words
and should not include any CBI. The
summary will be published as provided
if it meets these requirements and is

an Initial Determination on Violation of
Section 337. The ALJ also issued a
Recommended Determination on
remedy and bonding should a violation
be found in the above-captioned
investigation. The Commission is

finds that such articles should not be

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The Commission is soliciting
submissions on public interest issues
raised by the recommended relief
should the Commission find a violation,
specifically: a limited exclusion order
directed to certain replacement
automotive lamps imported, sold for
importation, and/or sold after
importation by respondents TYC
Brother Industrial Co., Ltd. of Tainan,
Taiwan, Genera Corporation (dba. TYC
Genera) of Brea, California, LKQ
Corporation of Chicago, Illinois, and
Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. of
Exeter, Pennsylvania. Parties are to file
public interest submissions pursuant to
19 CFR 210.50(a)(4).
The Commission is interested in
further development of the record on
the public interest in this investigation.
Accordingly, members of the public are
invited to file submissions of no more
than five (5) pages, inclusive of
attachments, concerning the public
interest in light of the ALJ’s
Recommended Determination on
Remedy and Bonding issued in this
investigation on January 24, 2023.

Consent Decree Under the Toxic
Substances Control Act
On January 30, 2023, the Department
of Justice lodged a proposed consent
decree with the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Illinois
in the lawsuit entitled United States v.
Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc.
Civil Action No. 1:23–CV–00557.
The United States filed this lawsuit
under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
The United States’ complaint seeks
injunctive relief for violations of the
regulations that govern residential
property renovations. The consent
decree requires the defendant to
perform injunctive relief and implement
a comprehensive management system to
help ensure compliance with RRP Rule
requirements.
