Consistent with 49 U.S.C. 24911(d)(3), a minimum of 45 percent and a maximum of 55 percent of this amount is for FSP-National, of which not less than 20 percent (a minimum of $16,740,000) shall be for projects that benefit (in whole or in part) a longdistance route.
