Deficit Reduction Act of 1984
established an Income and Eligibility
Verification System (IEVS) for the
exchange of information for specific
programs administered by state
agencies. Under the statute, ETA issued
a final rule regarding the Confidentiality
and Disclosure of State Unemployment
Compensation Information (71 FR
56842). This ICR contains recordkeeping
requirements pursuant to regulations at
20 CFR part 603 subpart C, Mandatory
Disclosure for Income and Eligibility
Verification System (IEVS). For
additional substantive information
about this ICR, see the related notice
published in the Federal Register on
August 30, 2022 (87 FR 53011).
This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
