1992. The AMWG makes
recommendations to the Secretary of the
Interior concerning Glen Canyon Dam
operations and other management
actions to protect resources downstream
of Glen Canyon Dam, consistent with
the Grand Canyon Protection Act. The
AMWG meets two to three times a year.
Agenda: The AMWG will meet to
receive updates on: (1) current basin
hydrology and water year 2023
operations; (2) experiments considered
for implementation in 2023; (3) the
status of threatened and endangered
species; (4) long-term funding
considerations; and (5) science results
from Grand Canyon Monitoring and
Research Center staff. The AMWG will
also discuss other administrative and
resource issues pertaining to the

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On August
1, 2022, the Commission established a
schedule for the conduct of the full fiveyear reviews (87 FR 47463 August 3,
2022), and on September 19, 2022, gave
notice of updated information related to
the conduct of the hearing for these
reviews (87 FR 58134 September 23,
2022). On November 29, 2022, counsel
for the Committee for Fair Trade in
Ammonium Sulfate filed a request to
appear at the hearing. No other parties
submitted a request to appear at the
hearing. On December 1, 2022, counsel
for the Committee for Fair Trade in
Ammonium Sulfate filed a request that
the Commission cancel the scheduled
hearing for these reviews and withdrew
its request to appear at the hearing.
Counsel indicated a willingness to
submit written responses to any
Commission questions. Consequently,
the public hearing in connection with
these reviews, scheduled to begin at
9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6,

Stainless Steel Wire Rod From India
Determination
On the basis of the record 1 developed
in the subject five-year review, the
United States International Trade
Commission (‘‘Commission’’)
determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 (‘‘the Act’’), that revocation of the
antidumping duty order on stainless
steel wire rod from India would be
likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury to an
industry in the United States within a
reasonably foreseeable time.
Background
The Commission instituted this
review on May 2, 2022 (87 FR 25671)
and determined on August 5, 2022 that
it would conduct an expedited review
(87 FR 64246, October 24, 2022).
The Commission made this
determination pursuant to section
751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)). It
completed and filed its determination in
this review on December 20, 2022. The
views of the Commission are contained
in USITC Publication 5396 (December
2022), entitled Stainless Steel Wire Rod
from India: Investigation No. 731–TA–
638 (Fifth Review).
