The Exchange is filing a proposal to
amend the MIAX Pearl Options Fee
Schedule (the ‘‘Fee Schedule’’) to
remove the ‘‘Monthly Volume Credit’’
from the Fee Schedule.

1. Purpose
The Exchange commenced operations
in February 2017 3 and adopted its
initial fee schedule.4 In 2018, as the
Exchange’s market share increased,5 the
Exchange adopted a Monthly Volume
Credit 6 to continue to attract order flow
