change SR–FINRA–2022–019 pursuant
to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 (‘‘Exchange

adopt new Supplementary Material .19
(Residential Supervisory Location)
under FINRA Rule 3110 (Supervision)
that would treat a private residence at
which an associated person engages in
specified supervisory activities as a nonbranch location, subject to safeguards
and limitations.3 The proposed rule
