for parties to file a request for a statutory
injunction has expired (i.e., within 90
days of publication).

Cash Deposit Requirements
The following cash deposit
requirements will be effective upon
publication of the final results of this
administrative review for all shipments
of the subject merchandise entered, or
withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumption on or after the publication
date, as provided for by section
751(a)(2)(C) of the Act: (1) the cash
deposit rate for Nan Ya will be zero, the
rate established in the final results of
this review; (2) for previously reviewed
or investigated companies not covered
in this review, the cash deposit rate will
continue to be the company-specific rate
published for the most recent period; (3)
if the exporter is not a firm covered in
this or any previous review or in the
original less-than-fair-value (LTFV)
investigation but the manufacturer is,
the cash deposit rate will be the rate
established for the most recent period
for the manufacturer of the
merchandise; and (4) if neither the
exporter nor the manufacturer is a firm
covered in this or any previous review
or the LTFV investigation, the cash
deposit rate will continue to be the allothers rate of 2.40 percent, which is the

Secretary’s presumption that
reimbursement of antidumping duties
occurred and the subsequent assessment
of double antidumping duties.
Administrative Protective Order
This notice also serves as a reminder
to parties subject to an administrative
protective order (APO) of their
responsibility concerning the return or
destruction of proprietary information
disclosed under APO in accordance
with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3), which
continues to govern business
proprietary information in this segment
of the proceeding. Timely written
notification of the return/destruction of
APO materials or conversion to judicial
protective order is hereby requested.
Failure to comply with the regulations
and terms of an APO is a violation,
which is subject to sanction.
Notification to Interested Parties
These results are being issued and
published in accordance with sections
751(a)(1) and 777(i)(1) of the Act and 19
CFR 351.213(h).

AGENCY:
Background
Based upon timely requests for
review, Commerce initiated
administrative reviews of certain
companies for the periods of review and
the AD and CVD orders listed in the
table below, pursuant to 19 CFR
351.221(c)(1)(i).1 All requests for these
reviews have been timely withdrawn.2
Rescission of Review
Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1),
Commerce will rescind an
administrative review, in whole or in
part, if the parties that requested the
review withdraw their review requests
within 90 days of the date of publication
of the notice of initiation for the
requested review. All parties withdrew
their requests for the reviews listed in
the table below within the 90-day
deadline. No other parties requested
administrative reviews of these AD/CVD
orders for the periods noted in the table.
Therefore, in accordance with 19 CFR
351.213(d)(1), Commerce is rescinding,
in their entirety, the administrative
reviews listed in the table below.

Rescission of Review

Assessment

assessment instructions to CBP no earlier than 41 days after the date
of publication of this recission notice in the Federal Register.
