The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report indicating that the vertical stop support fitting (VSSF) of certain captain's, first officer's, and third occupant's seats could fail. This AD requires modifying or replacing each affected seat, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. This AD also limits the installation of affected parts under certain conditions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act) (5 U.S.C. 552a), the U.S. Department of Education (Department) publishes this notice of a new system of records titled ``Enterprise Data Management and Analytics Platform Services (EDMAPS)'' (18-11-22). The EDMAPS system is a data analytics platform that ingests data from multiple Federal Student Aid (FSA) systems of records to perform big-data analytics on FSA data in one common location, produce reports and statistical models, and serve as a centralized repository of information about FSA customers across the full student aid life cycle.

HHS proposes to exempt certain records in an existing system of records maintained by OCSE within ACF from the accounting, access, and amendment requirements of the Privacy Act. The affected system of records is OCSE Federal Case Registry of Child Support Orders, HHS/ACF/ OCSE, System No. 09-80-0385. Only case files marked with the Family Violence Indicator (FVI) are proposed to be exempted, to align with a restriction in the Social Security Act which prohibits disclosure of case files marked with the FVI to anyone other than a court or agent of a court, to avoid harm to the custodial parent or the child of such parent. Elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register, HHS/ACF has published an updated system of records notice (SORN) for system 09-80- 0385 for public notice and comment.
