The complaint, as supplemented and amended, alleges a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337 (‘‘section 337’’), in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain portable battery jump starters and components thereof by reason of infringement of one or more of claims 1, 4, 11, 14, 18, 19, and 21 of U.S. Patent No. 9,007,015 (‘‘the ’015 patent’’) and claims 1, 4–6, 16, 19, 23, 24, 26, 29, and 30 of the ’024 patent, and infringement of the ’656 and ’749 marks.
