Commerce conducted this administrative review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Scope of the Order The product covered by this review is softwood lumber from Canada. For a full description of the scope, see the Issues and Decision Memorandum. Analysis of Comments Received All issues raised in the case briefs filed in this administrative review are addressed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum. A list of the topics discussed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum is included in Appendix I of this notice. SUMMARY: On July 19, 2022, a NAFTA Binational Panel issued an Order 
pursuant to NAFTA Article 1904(8) and Rules 72, 73(5), and 77 of the 
NAFTA Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews in 
the matter of Ammonium Sulphate from the United States of America 
(Determination on Remand). The Binational Panel affirmed the Secretaria 
de Economia's Fourth Determination on Remand.
