To address formatting issues arising in the publication of the NRS notice, the Office of the Federal Register published a correction on November 15, 2021. To ensure that the NRS notice is available to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format, in this notice we restate the text of the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section of the NRS notice with the corrected formatting.
