On April 20, 2021, Commerce published the Preliminary Results and invited parties to comment on the Preliminary Results.2 On May 20, 2021, we received case briefs from the Domestic Interested Parties,3 NEXTEEL, and SeAH. On June 1, 2021, we received rebuttal briefs from the Domestic Interested Parties, NEXTEEL, SeAH, and Husteel Co., Ltd.
