This document contains final regulations that establish a new user fee of $67 for persons requesting the issuance of IRS Letter 627, also referred to as an estate tax closing letter. The final regulations affect persons who may request an estate tax closing letter.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an information collection request (ICR), ``Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Programs'' (Renewal), (EPA ICR No. 0969.12, OMB Control No. 2050-0041) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). Before doing so, the EPA is soliciting public comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described in SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through May 31, 2022. An Agency may not conduct or sponsor and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a memorandum rescinding the guidance document entitled ``Applying the Supreme Court's County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund Decision in the Clean Water Act Section 402 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit Program,'' which was signed on January 14, 2021. The memorandum was issued on September 15, 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part the Administrative Law Judge's (``ALJ'') final initial determination (``ID'') issued on July 8, 2021, finding a violation of section 337 in the above-referenced investigation. The Commission requests briefing from the parties on certain issues under review, as indicated in this notice, and submissions from the parties, interested government agencies, and interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding as indicated in this notice under the schedule set forth below.

The purpose of this notice is to seek general information and comment regarding the preliminary FIRM, and where applicable, the FIS report that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has provided to the affected communities. The FIRM and FIS report are the basis of the floodplain management measures that the community is required either to adopt or to show evidence of having in effect in order to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). In addition, the FIRM and FIS report, once effective, will be used by insurance agents and others to calculate appropriate flood insurance premium rates for new buildings and the contents of those buildings.

U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following new information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
