AGENCY:
On July 7, 2021, a NAFTA
Binational Panel issued its Decision in
the matter of Ammonium Sulphate from
the United States of America
(Determination on Remand). The
Binational Panel remanded the
Secretaria de Economia’s (Economia)
second Determination on Remand and
ordered Economia to issue a
redetermination within 90 days.

a dispute settlement mechanism
involving trade remedy determinations
issued by the Government of the United

the Government of Mexico. Following a
Request for Panel Review, a Binational
Panel is composed to provide judicial
review of the trade remedy
determination being challenged and

Background
Commerce’s procedures for the
conduct of Sunset Reviews are set forth
in its Procedures for Conducting FiveYear (Sunset) Reviews of Antidumping
and Countervailing Duty Orders, 63 FR

62061 (October 28, 2005). Guidance on
methodological or analytical issues
relevant to Commerce’s conduct of
Sunset Reviews is set forth in
