Pressure Sensitive Plastic Tape From Italy; Termination of Five-Year Review
The Commission instituted the subject five-year review in March 1, 2021 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On June 7, 2021, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the order effective April 14, 2021, because no domestic interested party filed a timely notice of intent to participate. Accordingly, the subject review is terminated.
Safety Zone; Charlevoix Venetian Festival Air Show, Lake Charlevoix, MI, Sector Sault Ste. Marie Captain of the Port Zone
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone in the Sault Ste. Marie Captain of the Port zone. This safety zone is intended to restrict vessels from certain portions of Lake Charlevoix, MI during air show activities. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by the air show. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sault Ste. Marie.

Notice of Receipt of Requests to Voluntarily Cancel Certain Pesticide Registrations
In accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), EPA is issuing a notice of receipt of requests by registrants to voluntarily cancel certain pesticide registrations. EPA intends to grant these requests at the close of the comment period for this announcement unless the Agency receives substantive comments within the comment period that would merit its further review of the requests, or unless the registrants withdraw their requests. If these requests are granted, any sale, distribution, or use of products listed in this notice will be permitted after the registrations have been cancelled only if such sale, distribution, or use is consistent with the terms as described in the final order.

The Department of the Navy (DON) has prepared and filed the Draft Environmental AssessmentEstablishment of Restricted Area R-2511 at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, California with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Draft Environmental Assessment (Draft EA) evaluates the potential environmental consequences associated with the establishment of a special use airspace (SUA) consisting of one restricted area (RA). The new SUA would connect the existing R-2505 and R-2524 RAs. The new RA would be titled R-2511 and have the same dimensions as the existing Trona Controlled Firing Area (TCFA).

The issues outlined in this document address definitions and equipment classes of walk-in components, test procedure waivers received, and other test procedure issues related to walk-in doors, panels, and refrigeration systems. DOE welcomes written comments from the public on any subject within the scope of this document, including topics not raised in this request for information (``RFI'').
