ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
We have submitted a request
to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for approval to reinstate this
previously-approved information
collection that expired in 2020. Due to
disruption in operations from COVID,
we were not able to issue the second
notice in time last year to renew before
the expiration date. We collect this
information from private foundations or
other entities involved in designing,
constructing, and equipping
Presidential libraries and use it in a
report to Congress. We invite you to
comment on the proposed information
collection pursuant to the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995.

before March 18, 2021.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant
to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(Pub. L. 104–13), we invite the public
and other Federal agencies to comment
on proposed information collections.
We published a notice of proposed
collection for this information collection
on June 2, 2020 (85 FR 23840), and we
received no comments. We are therefore
submitting the described information
collection to OMB for approval.
If you have comments or suggestions,
they should address one or more of the
following points: (a) Whether the
proposed information collection is
necessary for NARA to properly perform
its functions; (b) our estimate of the
burden of the proposed information
collection and its accuracy; (c) ways we
could enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information we collect; (d)

Abstract: The information collection
is required for NARA to meet its
obligations under 44 U.S.C. 2112(a)(3) to
submit a report to Congress before
accepting a new Presidential library
facility. The report contains information
that can be furnished only by the
foundation or other entity responsible
for building the facility and establishing
the library endowment.

National Endowment for the
Arts.
ACTION:
Notice.
The National Endowment for
the Arts (NEA), as part of its continuing
effort to reduce paperwork and
respondent burden, conducts a
preclearance consultation program to
provide the general public and Federal
agencies with an opportunity to
comment on proposed and/or
continuing collections of information in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. This program
helps to ensure that requested data can
be provided in the desired format,
reporting burden (time and financial
resources) is minimized, collection
instruments are clearly understood, and
the impact of collection requirements on
respondents can be properly assessed.
Currently, the NEA is soliciting
comments concerning the proposed
information collection for the survey of
state arts agencies in regards to the
impact of CARES Act funding awards
on grantees. A copy of the current
information collection request can be
obtained by contacting the office listed
below in the address section of this
notice.
