On January 27, 2021, counsel for the domestic producers filed a request that the Commission cancel the hearing. Counsel indicated a willingness to respond to any Commission questions in lieu of an actual hearing and, in the alternative, domestic producers would appear at the hearing if held. Consequently, the public hearing in connection with these reviews, scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on February 2, 2021, via videoconference, is cancelled. The Commission determined that no earlier announcement of this cancellation was possible. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain robotic floor cleaning devices and components thereof. The complainant names as respondents: SharkNinja Operating LLC, SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00047 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 8035 SharkNinja Management LLC, SharkNinja Management Co., and EP Midco LLC of Needham, MA; and SharkNinja Hong Kong Co.
