Additionally, ICC believes that the notification related updates and cleanup changes further enhance ICC’s default management process by ensuring that relevant stakeholders receive necessary information and that the Default Management Procedures remain up-to-date, clear, and transparent to ensure that ICC can take timely action to contain losses and liquidity demands and continue meeting its obligations in the event of a default.
