The amended complaint names as respondents: Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. of Korea; Samsung Electronics America, Inc. of Ridgefield Park, NJ; and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. of San Jose, CA. The amended complaint alleges infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,838,651; 7,800,145; 7,323,671; and 7,064,768.
