Collection.
(2) The Title of the Form/Collection:
Drug Questionnaire.
(3) The agency form number, if any,
and the applicable component of the
Department sponsoring the collection:
The form number is the DEA–341. The
sponsoring component is the Drug
Enforcement Administration.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: The affected public are
individuals seeking employment with
the Drug Enforcement Administration.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: It is estimated that 15,000
respondents will complete the
questionnaire in approximately 5
minutes.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated public burden
associated with this collection is 1,250
hours. It is estimated that applicants
will take 5 minutes to complete the
questionnaire. The burden hours for
collecting respondent data sum to 1,250
hours (15,000 respondents × 5 minutes
= 75,000 hours. 75,000/60 seconds =
1,250 hours).

Pursuant to the authority contained in
Section 512 of the Employee Retirement
Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29
U.S.C. 1142, the 203rd open meeting of
the Advisory Council on Employee
Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans (also
known as the ERISA Advisory Council)
will be held via a teleconference on
Friday, November 13, 2020.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and
end at approximately 3:30 p.m. with a
one-hour break for lunch. The purpose
of the open meeting is for the members
of the ERISA Advisory Council to
discuss potential recommendations for
the Secretary of Labor on the issues of:
(1) Examining Top Hat Plan
Participation and Reporting, and (2)
Considerations for Recognizing and
Addressing Participants with
Diminished Capacity. Descriptions of
these topics are available near the
