The study will produce a ‘‘Progress Report’’ and a ‘‘Best Practices Report,’’ as mandated by Congress. The Progress Report will be based on existing documents from pilot states. The subsequent Best Practices Report will add, via surveys, the perspectives of district leaders, principals, and teachers on the development, implementation, and outcomes of IADA assessments.
