SUMMARY: The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade 
Administration, is amending the Notice published at 85 FR 16058 (March 
20, 2020), regarding the Asia EDGE (Enhancing Development and Growth 
through Energy) Business Development Mission to Indonesia and Vietnam,
