Intermarket Competition The Exchange does not believe that the proposed change would impose any burden on intermarket competition that is not necessary or appropriate. The Exchange believes that the proposed change would not affect the competitive landscape among the national securities exchanges, as the Hot Hands service is solely charged within co-location to existing Users, and would be temporary. For the reasons described above, the Exchange believes that the proposed rule change reflects this competitive environment. C.
