United States International Trade
Commission (‘‘Commission’’)
determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 (‘‘the Act’’), that revocation of the
antidumping duty order on electrolytic
manganese dioxide from China would
be likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury to an

The Commission instituted this
review on December 2, 2019 (84 FR
66005) and determined on March 6,
2020 that it would conduct an expedited
review (85 FR 29973, May 19, 2020).
The Commission made this
determination pursuant to section
751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)). It
completed and filed its determination in
this review on June 19, 2020. The views
of the Commission are contained in
USITC Publication 5069 (June 2020),
entitled Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide
from China, Investigation No. 731–TA–
1125 (Second Review).

Notice is hereby given that, on April
14, 2020, pursuant to Section 6(a) of the
National Cooperative Research and
Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301
et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Southwest Research
Institute—Cooperative Research Group
on ROS-Industrial Consortium-Americas
(‘‘RIC-Americas’’) has filed written
notifications simultaneously with the
Attorney General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, IFM Efector, Inc., Malvern,
PA, has withdrawn as a party to this
venture.
No other changes have been made in
either the membership or planned
activity of the group research project.
Membership in this group research
project remains open, and RIC-Americas
intends to file additional written
notifications disclosing all changes in
membership.
On April 30, 2014, RIC-Americas filed
its original notification pursuant to
Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department
of Justice published a notice in the
Federal Register pursuant to Section

project remains open, and ODPi intends

On November 23, 2015, ODPi filed its
original notification pursuant to Section
6(a) of the Act. The Department of
Justice published a notice in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on December 23, 2015 (80 FR
79930).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on March 26, 2020. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on April 10, 2020 (85 FR 20302).
