SUMMARY:  This notice announces a change in benefit payment status 
under the EB program for Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Maryland, 
Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
    The following change has occurred since the publication of the last 
notice regarding each States' EB status:

    The 13-week insured unemployment rates (IUR) for Alabama, 
Arkansas, Colorado, Maryland, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, 
Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, for the week ending May 16, 2020, 
rose above 5.0 percent and exceeded 120 percent of the corresponding 
average rates in the two prior years. Therefore, beginning the week 
of May 31, 2020, eligible unemployed workers will be able to collect 
up to an additional 13 weeks of UI benefits.

    The trigger notice covering state eligibility for the EB program
