invited.

methodology and assumptions used; (4)
ways to enhance the quality, utility and
clarity of the information collection; and

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under this
clearance, ETA collects data from state
workforce agencies and local workforce
investment areas on a quick turnaround
basis. ETA proposes to conduct 8 to 20
short surveys of up to 30 questions that
would provide timely information
identifying the scope and magnitude of

nationally. The surveys are needed to
understand key operational issues in

to provide protection for workers from
the adverse health effects associated
with occupational exposure to
formaldehyde. The Standard requires
employers to monitor worker exposure
and provide notification to workers of
their exposure. Employers are required
to make available medical surveillance
