SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
meeting is being held under the
provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (FACA) (5 U.S.C.,
Appendix), the Government in the
Sunshine Act (5 U.S.C. 552b), and 41
CFR 102–3.140 and 102–3.150.
Availability of Materials for the
Meeting: Additional information,
including the agenda, is available at the

dhb. A copy of the agenda or any
updates to the agenda for the May 18,
2020, meeting will be available on the
DHB website. Any other materials
presented in the meeting may be
obtained at the meeting.
Purpose of the Meeting: The DHB
provides independent advice and
recommendations to maximize the
safety and quality of, as well as access
to, health care for DoD health care
beneficiaries. The purpose of the
meeting is to provide progress updates
on specific taskings before the DHB. In
addition, the DHB will receive
information briefings on current issues
related to military medicine.
Agenda: The DHB anticipates
receiving a decision briefing on the DoD
Measles, Mumps, and Rubella Booster
Immunization Practices review,
briefings on Medical Artificial
Intelligence and on the Defense Health
Agency Markets, and progress updates
from the Neurological/Behavioral
Health Subcommittee on the
Examination of Mental Health
Accession Screening: Predictive Value
of Current Measures and Processes
review and the Health Care Delivery
Subcommittee on the Active Duty
Women’s Health Care Services review.

Supporting documentation may also be
included, to establish the appropriate
historical context and to provide any
necessary background information. If
the written statement is not received at
least five (5) business days prior to the
meeting, the DFO may choose to
postpone consideration of the statement
until the next open meeting. The DFO
will review all timely submissions with
the DHB President and ensure they are
provided to members of the DHB before
the meeting that is subject to this notice.
After reviewing the written comments,
the President and the DFO may choose
to invite the submitter to orally present
their issue during an open portion of
this meeting or at a future meeting.

Federal Register a notice correcting the
original notice of application deadline
to extend the deadline for Part I of the
OIE Formula Grant application, and
updated the program contact
information. This notice extends the
deadline date for transmittal of Part II of
Electronic Application System for
Indian Education (EASIE) applications
until June 19, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

Creek Sartell Hydro, LLC’s request to
use the Traditional Licensing Process.
k. With this notice, we are initiating
informal consultation with the U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service under section 7 of
the Endangered Species Act and the
joint agency regulations thereunder at
50 CFR, Part 402. We are also initiating
consultation the Minnesota State
Historic Preservation Officer, as
required by section 106, National
Historical Preservation Act, and the
implementing regulations of the
Advisory Council on Historic
Preservation at 36 CFR 800.2.
l. With this notice, we are designating
Eagle Creek as the Commission’s nonfederal representative for carrying out
informal consultation, pursuant to
section 7 of the Endangered Species Act
and section 106 of the National Historic
Preservation Act.
